Restoriing Unity

Five years ago we attended Glenn Beck's "Restoring Honor" rally in Washington, DC. This year we travelled to Birmingham, AL, to participate in the "Restoring Unity" rally. We were there to call attention to Christian persecution in the Middle East and to take a stand on abortion.

It was a humbling experience. While we were there we toured the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute and the 16th Street Baptist Church. We also participated in a march on the same route as MLK used in 1963.
